Who we are

Clickety is a brand of Luxeon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, serving businesses in the United States and Canada. This policy covers clickety.ai and the information we handle when you contact us or work with us. Reach us any time at hello@clickety.ai.

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no analytics. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it: when you email us, or when you book a call (your name, email address and whatever you include in the message or booking). Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address and browser type — to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to deliver services you engage us for. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Data we handle for clients

Delivering our services can involve processing data on a client's behalf — lead lists, CRM records, contact details and message history. We process that data only to deliver the service to that client. It is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never reused for another client. When an engagement ends, the client keeps their data.

Services we rely on

Call scheduling, website hosting and email run on reputable third-party providers; each processes only what its function needs, under its own privacy policy. Services that place calls or send texts on a client's behalf use a telephony provider with a number registered to that client's business. For client campaigns we also use data, email-verification, AI-writing and sending platforms. Every provider involved in an engagement is named in the client's agreement.

Text messages (SMS)

Some of our services send text messages on a client's behalf — always to people who have consented to be contacted, from a number registered to that business.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

clickety.ai sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers. If a cookie ever appears, it's strictly technical — set by our hosting platform to serve the site securely — and used for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and booking details: for as long as we're in a conversation or an engagement with you, then as long as ordinary business records require. Client campaign data: for the length of the engagement, after which the client keeps it.

Security

We keep access limited to the people who need it, use reputable providers, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we treat your data like it's ours.

Your rights

Wherever you live, email hello@clickety.ai and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If someone contacted you through a campaign we ran for a client, we'll route your request to that client and make sure it's honored.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and aren't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
